Navigator offers you the latest in electronic services to make accessing your money as easy as possible. We do this by offering the automated 'N Touch system which allows you to get account balances and transfer money between accounts any time, day or night.

Our innovative account access system provides information via telephone through ’N Touch audio response or via computer through ’N Touch Web any time from any location.
Navigator Credit Union provides this convenient, free service to help you maintain accurate, up-to-date information on your Credit Union accounts.

With ’N Touch you can
• Check your account balances
• Review your checking account activity
• Verify your last payroll deposit
• Obtain your loan balance
• Withdraw funds by check
• Attain year-to-date dividend and interest information
• Receive current savings and loan rates
• Transfer funds
• Personalize your Personal Identification Number (PIN)

’N Touch Help...
If you have difficulty using any ’N Touch service, please contact our Member Service Center at 762-3542. Member Service Representatives can literally “walk you through” any problem transactions and answer any questions you have. Representatives are available from 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday and 8:30 a.m. - 1:00 p.m. on Saturday.

1 Menu or “Beginner” Mode
This mode uses voice prompts to give you account access. All accounts will initially be set up with this option.
2 “Expert” Mode
This mode requires you to input specific Service Codes to access a particular account service.

Things to Remember...
• Some services may request a Share ID or Loan ID. Your personalized Share ID numbers can be found under “Open Share List” just as your specific Loan ID numbers can be found under “Open Loan List.” This information is also on your monthly statement.
• “Savings” always refers to your Primary Share. “Share” refers to any deposit product (Share, Certificate or Checking).
• Only a touch-tone telephone can be used to access ’N Touch.
• ’N Touch is available to you for a maximum of 10 minutes per call.
• Remember to enter # after each entry when instructed to do so.
• Enter dates as six digit numbers: July 4, 2003 would be 070403.
• When entering dollar amounts, do not use an asterisk (*) or a decimal point. For example, $75.25 would be entered 7525 followed by # sign.
• Your actual “available balance” may be less than reported if debit card transactions have not been posted at the time of your call.

To use ’N Touch you need
• A touch-tone phone
• Your 10-digit Navigator account number
• To create a four-digit Personal Identification Number (PIN)
• Social Security number (first time only)

The Basics of 'N Touch:

To Begin

1) Call (228) 696-6380 or 1-800-344-3281 from any touch-tone phone.
2) After the greeting, Press 1, then enter your account number followed by the # key.
3) Enter your four-digit Personal Identification Number (PIN) followed by the # key.
4) Enter your Social Security Number for verification (first time only) and # key.
5) Listen and select the service you want.


INSTRUCTIONS FOR ’N Touch IN THE MENU (BEGINNER) MODE

MAIN MENU includes the seven categories below. Choose the appropriate category, then “drill down” to the service you
want by listening to the options offered by voice prompts.
(Bold numbers at the end of each transaction description identify corresponding Expert Mode Service Codes)

BALANCE INQUIRY MENU
1 Checking Balance – Lists current checking account
balance – 10
2 Primary Share Savings Balance – Lists balance of Primary Savings Account – 11
3 All Other Share Balances – Provides balances for Share (Savings), IRA, Share Certificates of Deposit, and Christmas Club; allows you to select a specific Savings or Checking account by identifying with a Share ID number (See Open Share List for a complete listing of Share/Checking IDs) – 12
4 Open Share List – Lists all Share IDs (including checking) and the total balance for all Savings/Checking. This option provides your personal Share ID numbers which will be needed to complete other transactions – 13
5 Open Loan List – Lists all Loan IDs and their balances including a total balance for all loans. This option will provide your personal Loan ID numbers which will be needed to complete other transactions – 14
6 Loan Balance – Allows you to check the balance of a
specific loan by inputing a specific loan ID (See Open
Loan List for a complete listing of Loan IDs) – 15
7 Share Balance on a Specific Date – Enter Share/Checking
ID for specific account; Use six digit (month, day, year) number to identify balance on a particular day - 17

1 Share History (includes checking) – Must know Share/Checking ID to hear deposits, withdrawals, and transfers to specific accounts – 20
2 Last Deposit – Must know Share/Checking ID to get the most recent deposit – 21
3 Deposit History – Must know Share/Checking ID and Account # to get a listing of all deposits for the account specified – 22
4 Last Payroll Deposit – Must know Share/Checking ID and Account # or Loan ID for payroll deposit information – 28
5 Recent Transaction Activity – Provides information for the following:
a) Check clearance by date posted for Share (Checking) or (Express) Loan – 24
b) ATM for Share/Checking or Loan transactions – 25
c) ACH transactions posted to your account (s) – 26
d) Payroll transactions for Share/Checking or – 27
e) Loan transactions completed on your Loan(s) – 46
6 Loan payment history using Loan ID to identify specific loan accounts – 45

1 Bill Payment – Provides information for Bill Payment inquiry and transactions for Ingalls, Fox Everett, Benefit Consultants, AFLAC, Dental and Protective Life Insurance. This option also provides the option to use the audio response system (’N Touch) to pay a specified amount
toward a bill on a specific date – 72
2 Year to Date Information – Lists the following:
a) IRA contributions – 29 and 90
b) Dividends on Share/Checking accounts and total Dividends – 91
c) Interest paid by Loan ID and total interest paid - 92
3 Change Preferences – Gives the option for the following:
a) Change your Access Code (PIN) – 93
b) Change ’N Touch setting from Menu to Expert Mode – 77
c) Change # of Tranactions Presented - Allows a fixed number of transactions for review to be set – 94
4 Change Account – Provides the option to request information about another account number that you
have account privileges for – 79

INSTRUCTIONS FOR ’N TOUCH IN THE expert MODE

For more detailed information about the Service Codes below, refer to the definitions found in the previous Menu Mode.

To Change from Menu to Expert Mode
1) In the “Menu Mode” enter 7 for “Additional Options” then enter 3 for “Change Preference Menu”
2) From the “Change Preference Menu” select
2 to “Change to Expert Mode”
